Aggregation values in a list report format

Hello,

Is it possible to have a list report displaying the following information?

I am not sure if this can be done even using PA, was wondering if there is a way to achieve this via scripting. If any og you can point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated!

The closest you will get is with a Multi-Level Pivot Report

The values you are trying to measure need to be fields on the CI record if you do it this way, you could look into Function fields or calculated fields
