Unable to open dashboards in a new Window in Platform Analytics Experience

We recently upgraded to Zurich and the dashboard experience is now changed to this new Platform Analytics Experience or whatever they are calling it, it shows all the dashboards in a list view but users are unable to open dashboards in a new window using Ctrl + Click is this the expected behaviour for this new experience?
I noticed it is working fine in Mac CMD+click is opening the dashboard in a new tab, however in windows it is not working, has anyone experienced it?
I tried in my PDI as well which is on Australia release and the same is happening, working on Mac, not working on Windows.

1. Navigate to Performance Analytics > Data Collector > Jobs. Find your specific job .ensure the Active checkbox is checked, and click Execute Now
2. Check the ServiceNow access permissions for the table in question to ensure the user's role is granted access to the underlying data sources.
3. run cache.doin the instance. Log out and log back in and check
