unable to schedule the Dashboard in Platform Analytics, and the user is not receiving the email.

Hi Team,

I created a Dashboard in Platform Analytics and scheduled it, but the user isn’t receiving emails. I checked the outbox and failed state, as well as the email properties. The user is active and their email is valid.

Just ensure - in user's profile, notification is enabled.

Yes, it is enabled. I checked the outbound, and it is not generating any emails. However, the Export option is working correctly.
