Unable to update filer condition within platform analytics dashboard report

When attempting to save, it first asks me to enter a name for the updated condition, and shows 'visible to me' - when the change needs to be reflected for all, overriding the previous condition.  However, even when I click on the save button within the area shown, it doesn't save and reverts back to what it was previously. I am an owner of the dashboard. Please advise.

Can you please tell us what you are trying to do? Your screenshot doesn't show a dashboard or a report. It shows a core list view. You aren't in Platform Analytics. You aren't even in (legacy) reporting.

That 'save' button will save conditions on a list as a personal filter, so you can easily get them back when you enter the list again.
