Hello,
I got a requirement from our Agile teams to be able to track how many times a story has been moved back from the state Ready to New. there is no need to have a custom field for this as it is for reporting purposes only. How can I achieve this, I have tried to create a metric however it was not successful.
Has anyone got an idea how I can make this work?

The metrics are good to go, but if they don’t work, the only option is to create a custom field to capture the state change. Alternatively, in the metrics, you can add a condition to track the old and new values, like ‘Ready to New’ or ‘New to Ready.’
