Dear All,
We Observed that, there seems to be no user traffic on MyService portal as per the User Analytics Dashboard.
This seems to be incorrect, as we are able to see User traffic in Non PROD Instances.
please advice the possible fixes to rectify this behaviour. Please find the Screen Shot attached.

Is it set to look at the correct portal?
Do you have portal traffic? Because you are asking for a solution on something that 'seems to be incorrect'. Is it really?
Because without you knowing for sure, my answer could be that you should tell your users to use the portal on the production instance and not the non production ones. I don't think that's the answer, but without knowing what you already checked and tested, it is hard to tell you where to look.
I don't have this dashboard on my instance, so it's either custom or comes with a plugin I haven't installed. I can't check it for you, but please also open the reports and see where the data is coming from. Is it an indicator that isn't running anymore?
