Dear All,
We Observed that, there seems to be no user traffic on MyService portal as per the User Analytics Dashboard . This seems to be incorrect, as we are able to see User traffic in user analytics dashboard for myservice portal in Non PROD Instances. Users are using MyService portal but in User Analytics Dashboard there seems to be no user traffic ,please find the Screen Shot attached. please advice the possible fixes to rectify this behaviour.
