User can view widgets in Performance Analytics dashboard but not Platform Analytics

We have recently migrated all of our dashboard from Performance to Platform Analytics and I have an issue with one user who is unable to view any of the widgets or tables in the new dashboard.
When she views the old version, all tables and widgets are visible, but when viewing the new version in Platform Analytics all of the widgets display a zero or no graph and the tables are empty.
All access related to the new dashboard is in place, but for some reason no access to tables or widgets is there.
Other users can see the widgets, just not this one user.
