User unable to see dashboard reports even after sharing it with them

Hi All,

I have created few reports but even after sharing it with the users for them to view, it says "No Data Available".

Reports created using 'task_sla' table data is viewable but for 'incidents' table it says "No Data Available".

Can it be because of any underlying ACLs?

What can be an alternative?

Did you manage to solve this? I'm sitting with the exact same issue, to read Incident and Requests statistics. But it says "the report needs to be shared with them"... Even though they're in the group shared with them, personally shared with them and even being the OWNER of the dashboard...?
