Virtual Agent Analytics - Transcript is not showing

Good day!

 

From the Virtual Agent Analytics -> Conversations, how can I give a group of users access to the transcript?

It is not displaying for them.

Hi @JLeong ,

admin role is required to view the conversation transcript. For the rest of the dashboard, either the chat_analytics_viewer or chat_analytics_admin roles are necessary.

 

Hi Sandeep. Thanks for your response. Which table would that be? Is it the sys_cs_conversation?

I should be able to update the ACL and add another role.

Hi @Community Alums  Am told by my IT team, am given the NLU admin access, but still on the Conversational dashboard, I can only check the chats of myself and not by others. What could be the issue, and secondly none of the transcripts are not visible. All I see is only the list (of my chats with VA/converted to live chat) So, any support here?

Am told SNOW did some changes recently. Is there a training, about the new version, as what we were training and the current version looks too different?
