visualize all records that have been approved or rejected through a delegation using a Report.

Hi All, 


Is it possible to visualize all records that have been approved or rejected through a delegation.

Can we see the records(incident, Issue, Control Test, Remediation Tasks, etc ) as a report or something else.

If yes, Could anyone let me know how using the step by step implementation.

It depends on what version you are on. I believe Zurich allows to see if you are the approver or if it was a delegate, but earlier versions just allow to report on who approved. And (as far as I know) there isn't anything captured to report on, related to it being a delegate or not.

 

But what's your use case? Does it really matter if the approval came from a delegate or not? That's just why they are there: to allow business running as usual if the approver isn't available.

My use case is to see the records as an IT Analyst which are approved or rejected by delegate and also who was the delegate/approver or rejector.
