Volatile Scores in visualizations

Hello Team,
One of the weird things I have experienced in servicenow platform analytics, is that the scores on visualizations are volatile, which means even if there is data in scores table, sometimes it shows "no data" on visualizations. And once I refresh, or edit the indicator in configuration section and apply, then the scores show up again. Some of the scores are from formula indicators. what could be the possible reason of these scores being unstable?
1) does it have something to do with formula indicators?
2) does it have something to do with the type of visualization, for eg: pivot table?
How do I fix it? thanks in advance!

It is impossible to say the exact reason without knowing much more about your specific use-case. If you want to share more information or an Update Set with the problematic parts, I can try to reproduce the issue.
Otherwise I would suggest to open a support case with ServiceNow so that they can check it out.

it is not specific to one visualization..I have around 6-7 pivot table style visualizations..they take turns in breaking..if one gets fixed after refreshing, the other breaks..they are basically not stable..
