What happens to my free $300 voucher if I don’t claim it before the Pearson VUE transition

Hi,
My college provided me with a free $300 ServiceNow certification exam voucher through Webassessor (Kryterion).
I haven’t claimed or used it yet, and I saw that ServiceNow exams are moving to Pearson VUE starting November 18, 2025.

Can you please confirm:

• What happens if I don’t claim the voucher before November 17, 2025?

• Will it automatically transfer to Pearson VUE, or will I lose the free exam?

After November 17, 2025, vouchers will no longer be issued for Instructor- Led-Training classes or sold after completing on-demand courses. All exams will be registered and scheduled directly through the ServiceNow University portal.

How exactly they provided you a voucher? Be careful about it, vouchers are associated with your profile and are not transferrable to anyone else... 

Last but not least, it's 300 USD + taxes (depending on your tax domicile, so cca 340-360 USD).

For Users With Unclaimed Vouchers
I haven’t claimed or purchased a voucher yet. Can I still do so before the transition?	Yes. If you want to complete your exam before November 17, 2025, you should claim or purchase your voucher and schedule your exam in Webassessor before that date.

What does it mean when a voucher is "claimed"?	A voucher is considered claimed when:  The required payment has been made, or The Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) are accepted for instructor-led training (ILT).

But I really think that you should also verify that you can actually use the voucher, if somebody shared with you then you will not be able to use it :))

after 17th November the voucher as such will no longer be needed, the existing ones will be consumed but in future sooner or later after some time passes, they will not be issued anymore. You will be registering directly at the University site no need to log anywhere else.

Check the expiration date and if it is not expired, then nothing changes for you. Ensure you will use it before the expiration date and the transition will be automated and you don't need to worry about anything.

PS: you said it was given to you by your college but I have read it as by your colleague 😄 so it will be all good. It's not transferrable between students but if it was given by college, then it's all good. :))
