what is "additional interactive filter" in Dashboard

Can someone please provide details, what is additional Interactive Filter in Dashboard. And where is it stored.

Check what records it shows you when you select it. I just checked on one of my Xanadu instances and I don't have the option to select 'Additional Interactive Filters', so it sounds like a custom thing (or maybe introduces by something I don't have installed on my instance). Maybe these are filters responding to other filters?
