What is user Id, user index and hashed user Id in virtual agent dashboard users tab.Is it possible to get the actual user details from virtual agent dashboard users tab from user id and index. And in virtual agent dashboard, how NLU predictions are done, from which table it is getting information?

And from which table it is getting information like how many topics are complete or incomplete?
