Why can't I add the data labels in the following graph, see graph below. 

Any ideas are welcome.

Try adding the data label from the New Report Layout.

Looks like you're in Helsinki?

For whatever reason, the data label option isn't available for Bar graphs. Try switching to a column chart then the option for Display Data labels is available. Looks like it's the same in Jakarta.
