Why is there "no data available" in any of my "number of resolved incident" charts

The "indicator source" shows that it has "1568 records match condition", so why is the data not displaying in the actual charts on my dashboards or scorecards?

Hi Annette,
That could be due to a number of reasons. Have you checked whether there are conditions on the indicator (that uses the indicator source) which prevent them from showing? Have you changed the condition of the incident.resolved indicator source? Standard it would only match the incidents which are resolved on today. 1568 incidents resolved on one day would be quite impressive ;-).
Could you make some screenshots? Based on the current information there are too many possible causes.
Cheers,
Vincent

Hi Vincent, thanks for your reply, I'm a bit lost but to be honest but I'll try and figure out how to check the things you mentioned.
cheers

Hi Annette,
To help you understand how all performance analytics modules are connected to each other i created an overview. You can find it here: How Performance Analytics module items are related. This overview helps to gain insight in Performance Analytics, but also assists in finding the module that causes the problem.
I also had another thought: have you tried to run the historical/daily job? You need to run the historical job once and set the daily job to active.
Cheers,
Vincent
