Why is there "no data available" in any of my "number of resolved incident" charts

The "indicator source" shows that it has "1568 records match condition", so why is the data not displaying in the actual charts on my dashboards or scorecards?

Hi Annette,



You are probably checking the dashboards.


Navigate to performance analytice-> data collectors -> jobs



open the jobs and execute them all once.


Now again check your dashboard

Few questions-



1. Have you ever been able to see them before?


2. Can anyone else see them?



If the answer is   'no' to both of these questions then i'd imagine you are setting up for the first time?


If correct then you may want to follow the setup steps found here -

There is a note at the bottom of the page stating -



Warning: Skipping any of the setup steps, such as not creating jobs for data collection, can result in scorecards and dashboards not being populated with any data.




Of course if others can see the data then your issue will be permission related as opposed to configuration related.
