Centralized Control of Personal Developer Instances

Wondering if there are any organizations out there that have centralized the creation/management of PDIs and/or know if it can be done?  We're considering controlling or at least monitoring who can set one up if it's for company business.  There doesn't seem to be a facility for that, but curious if others have figured out a way (other than just making it part of Corp policy).

PDIs are owned by individuals, not organizations, and ServiceNow does not provide official support for PDIs.

In short, if you're looking for centralized control of PDIs, that option is neither available nor feasible.

This is not the purpose of PDIs, as PDIs stands for Personal Developer Instance.
