Hi All,
Thanks, @britta for directing us here for Platform owner resources. I have a few questions, while I go through the Health scan report, I see a few findings that are done as a platform upgrade - it means few are done by ServiceNow team members themselves - not done by any of our team on ground. how are you handling these findings. are you excluding this findings from your remediation plan?

Hi Paul,
While the Health Scan can provide some nice insights, indeed it will also provide insights that are... not that useful, not correct, not done by you, some were you can't do anything with, etcetera. Also a few of the reasons why I prefer Instance Scan 😁
The ones you are mentioning, I would start with look at them and investigate why these are popping up. Was there really something changed by ServiceNow employees, or were the records just touched and should they just be reverted?
Kind regards,

Thanks, @Mark Roethof, honestly, speaking we are referring to your instance scan pointers and documents only. but in this case, as you mentioned, it seems to be an external person and got confirmed from now support as well. so, I think then we need to align with the client on this and exclude from remediation plan.
