Operationally, our SN Platform Team is within a Performance & Governance (P&O) Org, Corporate Apps group. The leader of the P&O reports to the CIO.

I lead the ServiceNow Platform Tower reporting to CIO. My structure is primarily into three parts. 1. Product implementations and Support. 2. New initiatives such as GenAI or new Products 3. Overall Platform level Team under Platform Architect and Solution Arch. There is next level for each of these, who are like Track leads and then Developers, apart from Scrum Master, BAs.
