Question from fellow platform owners , how do you feel about adoption roadmap and the toolkit provided in ServiceNow admin center? what is your experience with this?

The Nowcreate stuff is phenomenal for building a ServiceNow program.
Its chief weakness (of ServiceNow in general and not Nowcreate specifically) is that there is very little guidance on how any given product suite should work. That, to me, is probably the single biggest variable to fast & thorough adoption.

Completely agreed, one of the things which helps us is by looking at the Adoption Roadmap, we know what's missing and what can be done.

The adoption roadmap is more prescriptive. Is anyone aware of a "heatmap" like feature or report which would show a platform owner which areas of the platform are being USED most heavily? This would allow us to focus development and upgrade reviews and so on on those most critical features first for example.

I agree, I see something similar in Impact, but it does not give us a complete view, most of the times I feel they are keen on selling new capabilities 🙂
