Hi everyone,
I'm experiencing slow performance while using my ServiceNow PDI (CloudLaps). Opening records, loading forms, and navigating between modules takes a long time.
Is anyone else facing the same issue? Is this expected in a PDI environment, or is there any way to improve the performance?
Please share your suggestions or experiences.
Thank you!

Hi @KanamR
I also experienced slowness in my PDI last night and initially thought it was an issue with my internet connection .
Now my PDI is pretty fast and working fine. Check at your end.
If still you are facing issue, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Clear your browser cache and access the instance using an Incognito or InPrivate window.
- Clear the instance cache by typing cache.do in the Application Navigator.
- Log out of your instance and log back in.
If the issue persists, it may be due to a backend problem. In that case, you may need to wait until it is resolved.
