Key Highlights 

 

Agentic AI Data Discovery 

 

Agents and skills work together to scan your ServiceNow instance to discover sensitive information. Including: PII ( Personally Identifiable Information), PHI (Protected Health Information), PCI (Payment Card Information), Passport numbers, National IDs, etc. Identifying where sensitive data exists across out-of-the-box and custom applications.

- Provides visibility into where sensitive information is stored

- Simplifies the setup of data discovery policies

 

Real-Time Data Protection

 

Prevents sensitive data from entering the system in the first place.

Conditional Data Anonymization 

 

To help organizations reduce sensitive data exposure by removing or masking information when its no longer needed.

- Allows admins to define what data should be anonymized and which fields should remain unchanged. 

- Provides scheduling options to run anonymization jobs automatically.
