which kind of Cross Scope Privilege record do I need to create when I get the message "Execute operation on API 'Glide API: properties' from scope '...' was denied"?

I mean, normally it is straightforward. I can create a new Cross Scope Policy with the operation mentioned (for example "ScriptableFlowRunnerResult.getOutputs") which will look like this:
But what do I need to add to the Target Name field for "Glide API: properties"?
