Hi there @JackieZhang , IF you have enabled MFA in PDI then there is no way you can revert it, ServiceNow has stopped providing support regarding the PDI's. You will have to request a new PDI.
Just to retrieve your progress capture everything in update set and import that in the new PDI. That is all you can do now.
