PDI not working

My PDI has not been working for the past 5 days. Could someone please assist in resolving the issue?

Hi @ajayoraiinfo,

 

this happens once and there.. I experienced this some time ago as well. Luckily it's not global, only some PDIs are unavailable at time.

 

The only think you can do is to wait, in the info message there's link which can allow you to get notified when it's done. This can take few hours, in my case it was almost a day...

Hi @ajayoraiinfo ,

 

 nop, there is no support available for PDIs, so either wait till it comes online again, or release the instance and request a fresh installation… this is the only two solutions.
