Continual Improvement Report for CSM

Hi all,

Can anyone help me with Continual Improvement reports for CSM?

I believe we get some OOTB ones if we install 'Process Mining Content Pack for CSM'. I tried installing that but did not get any OOTB configuration. I need some starting point for report

Hi @vaishnaviav ,

With CSM content pack you will get sample project and process configuration.

Project:

In order to access sample projects, please navigate to all projects and add filter condition "content pack = true".

For accessing process config, please navigate to process configuration list.

In-case if you have already created process configuration on case table before installing CSM content pack app then you won't get process config. from content pack app.
