Errors when starting process mining demo projects

Hi Community!

 

I've just attended a session on Process Mining, where ServiceNow demonstrated the new free-tier demo process mining projects. 

 

I tried to run them myself, both on my base account with process mining roles and on my platform admin account. 

 

I'm not having any luck - it just gives me a generic error. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi @Shane Baker Did you check what the error is? Since it’s a lab instance, it might not be working properly. Please check if any configuration is missing or if there is any job that needs to be run. Also try checking the LAB instructions once again

This occurring on both prod and non-prod enterprise instances, not a lab instance.

Is there a process mining error log I can access? Any other clues?

Sorry, I thought it was a lab instance. I tried searching for the log location but had no success.
Two things you can try:

  1. Repair the Mining plugin once and then try again.

  2. If that doesn’t work, log a support case with ServiceNow.
