Errors when starting process mining demo projects

Hi Community!

 

I've just attended a session on Process Mining, where ServiceNow demonstrated the new free-tier demo process mining projects. 

 

I tried to run them myself, both on my base account with process mining roles and on my platform admin account. 

 

I'm not having any luck - it just gives me a generic error. Does anyone have any ideas?

@Shane Baker Can you please open the project in  platform view ? there at the top you should have exact error what went wrong in this project .

Also you can find process mining logs by setting source to Process Mining in logs.

As @abhinavsury  mentioned, please open that project from the promin_project table to view the error message.

 

The Demo project (Evaluation) mines data of last 7 days, so it’s possible your instance doesn’t have any incidents closed during this period. If there are closed incidents, audit logs should be generated.

I found the project directly from the promin_project table - here's the error I'm seeing.

 

Any clues?

@Shane Baker one way to figure out what is causing this is to click on the "View Progress" link after you hit the "Sample Mine" option.   It will be in the lower left hand corner of the project box.  You will have to be quick so be ready to click.

Thank you! Took a few tries but managed to get a snapshot. Similar error to what I'm seeing in the form view on the project
