Hi Team,
I wanted to check all the routes which skipped "Scheduled" state during the change process. Currently for the given data I have 86 routes. One way is to go one by one and look into every one of the 86 routes. But is there a easy way where we can filter and view any specific routes. For eg If I wanted to look into those routes where approval state is skipped. Similarly As in this case I know there are some change request which skipped scheduled state and directly moved to In-progress after approval state.
Attaching the screenshot for reference.

If I'm understanding the use case correctly - I believe you can answer your question using the transition filter capability on the Analyst Workbench (map screen). You can create criteria that says Approved 'not eventually followed by' Scheduled. This recording doesn't match your exact use case but it does give you an example that uses the transition filter capability. https://www.servicenow.com/community/process-optimization-blog/how-to-use-process-optimization-to-an...
