Improvement Opportunities are not loading for most of the Projects in Process Mining

I am trying to configure projects for Process Mining and have getting issues with the Improvement opportunities. For most of the projects it doesn't load at all, getting the attached error and even if it loads then if we click on Action drop-down it gets stuck at Loading Items only (second screenshot). Did anyone else face the same issue or have any idea on this?

@Urvershi Anand  - Have you raised support case for this issue? if not, I would suggest pls do as the issue is new to us and we would need to access the instance for troubleshooting.
