Process Mining Workspace wont load correctly

We're on Washington DC release with the latest version of PM and the ITSM content pack and provided projects wont load. I'm seeing strange errors, the workspace either spins and spins on loading or gives a strange error.

 

Any thoughts? Loads in sub-prod okay ( a little slow / buggy - but at least it works).

Jon - this is a new one for me.  Can you please open a support case so the team can look at it.  Thank you.
