In this installment of the Process Optimization Academy we welcome Rob Schaefer, Director of Product Management, who walks us through the "Why" of Process Optimization for Field Service Management.  Process Optimization was made available for Field Service Management in the Utah release.  Rob covers some KPIs for FSM, how Process Optimization can identify some inefficiencies that impact those KPIs and then what some potential solutions would be to remedy those inefficiencies.
