Are benchmarks available in Fedramp/GCC installations?

I saw a posting back in 2018. 
Just wondering if this has changed. I see the Success Dashboard in our prod instance but not certain we are licensed to use it. We have ITSM Pro. Any help is appreciated. Is there a list of all applications available/not available for GCC?
