Need Help Restoring Old Personal Developer Instance (PDI)

Hi Community,

I previously had a ServiceNow Personal Developer Instance (PDI) with the Instance ID: (example: ID12345), registered under my email example: ABC@GMAIL.com. Unfortunately, due to inactivity, the instance was deactivated and reclaimed.

Now, when I requested a new instance, I was assigned a different Instance ID: ID345 under the same email. However, I need access to my old ID12345 because it contained important configurations and data.

Could someone guide me on:

  1. Whether it’s possible to restore my old PDI (ID12345)?
  2. If not, are there any ways to retrieve data from the old instance?
  3. Any contacts or steps I can take to escalate this request?
