You can request a new Personal Developer Instance PDI and can practice hands-on in the instance,
https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/guides/zurich/developer-program/pdi-guide/obtaining-a-pdi
Also, if you are entitled to ServiceNow University you can register for on-demand courses and request lab instance to practice hands-on specific to the modules
Thanks,
Bhuvan

Hi @aliahmed59
If you're looking to explore new features, just "request an instance." It's like your own personal playground to dive into ServiceNow and try things out.
You can request a PDI through the official ServiceNow Developer Site: Home | ServiceNow Developers
Guide: Guides | ServiceNow Developers To understand more about "PDI".
For different courses, you can also request a lab instance through Now Learning. It gives you a hands-on experience to the course content, so you can practice as you learn.
Now Learning(to learn anything): ServiceNow University
Lab Instances: Lab instance information - ServiceNow University
If my response solves your query, please marked helpful by selecting Accept as Solution and Helpful. Let me know if anything else is required.
Thanks,
Prerna
