Are there any labs available to practice Service Now features

I would like to know if there are any labs or test environment available to test the new features of Service Now.

I got instance but when I am trying to install Vulnerability Response module, it is stuck at 0% installation, for long time. may be the allocated space for instance is not enough for the module installation as it include 4 application to install. Is there any alternative for this.

Hi,

For me it took nearly 1 hour but still the status is at 8%, no further move.

Later I did reset and wipe instance and did fresh install. this time instead of going for bulk whole module install, I went individual modules installation by checking the list of "what will be installed" in the review popup. like:

Vulnerability Response Licensing and Usage
Security Support Orchestration
Secops Health Analytics
Vulnerability Response Common Workspace
Vulnerability Response Integration Framework
Security Exposure Management Workspace
Remediation for Security Exposure Management
Exception Management for Unified Security Exposure Management
CMDB CI Class Models
Central Vulnerability Database
Unified Security Exposure Management
Vulnerability Response Dependencies

Then finally hit the VR module. Then it went well. This also took long time. I am not sur the exact reason but finally I am on the way to next step.
