Hello,
Working getting our PROD enviroment fully functional.
Ran across this issue -when opening a new incident the caller field has 4262 options vs 1882 when trying to updated the caller field.
What am I missing here any help is greatly appreicated.
I go to change the caller field I now only have 1882 options

Can you check the reference qualifier, right-click the Caller field and Configure Dictionary ?
