Can't connect to Servicenow Support

Hello,
I'm unable to raise my concern to ServiceNow support. It shows this page (attached screenshot), do you have idea on what I should do? I don't have another ServiceNow account. Should I create a new account? I was supposed to ask them about my certifications.
