I suppose that you as a ServiceNow employee should be sitting near the source of all required information, right?

Apart from that: Without any more insights into your instance, it's difficult to answer your question? Have you checked the syslog table for any helpful information?

I am facing the same issue , chat summarized is not working for my interaction.I am trasffering a chat to live agent from csm portal. I have check all the now assist configuration and everything is active but it is showing that it is not configured for this process, I have setup all the thing agent hands-off and everything but it is still showing also it is not working for sidebar as well.
