Hi Team,
I’ve completed the required training for the CIS – IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM) certification, and my voucher status in Now Learning shows as “Claim.”, it still asks for a payment of USD 450 instead of applying the voucher.
When i try with Learning Credits .It shows

Check and make sure you have access to Partner Portal. Check with your ServiceNow Learning Administrator that you are eligible for free vouchers for CIS Exams.
If you meet both criteria, go to the voucher page and redeem using 'Pay with Enterprise Training Agreement' and enroll for the voucher. Once you complete this process, you can see voucher details in below link that can be used for registration with Webassessor or Pearson VUE depending on when you are planning the exam.

How can i know for my mail id there is access to Partner portal . If not how can i register myself to partner Portal .
and I got voucher for CSA and CAD .
