CIS-ITSM voucher released but still asking for payment while scheduling exam

Hi Team,
I’ve completed the required training for the CIS – IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM) certification, and my voucher status in Now Learning shows as “Claim.”, it still asks for a payment of USD 450 instead of applying the voucher.
When i try with Learning Credits .It shows

Follow the steps I shared earlier and you can redeem the voucher using Enterprise Training Agreement. Once voucher is redeemed, you can access the code from below link

I checked I can login to Partner Portal through my now learning email address means i have access to partner portal right .
eligible for free vouchers for CIS Exams how to confirm this.
after that i checked for redeem the voucher using Enterprise Training Agreement. I see only two options

Click on Pay and Begin and you will get option to use 'Pay with Enterprise Training Agreement'. Agree and Enrol to redeem the voucher and you can use the code to register for the Exam.

Based on your screenshot, either your account is not linked to Partner account or your Organization do not have Enterprise Training Agreement with ServiceNow.
I would recommend you to get in touch with your Company's ServiceNow Learning Administrator who can provide more details on this.
