Discovery Admin Workspace 1.5 is not showing all the tabs in stage environment

Discovery Admin WKS is showing correct tabs in lower instances but on staging is not showing correctly .

roles are ok and same version

Is there any possible problem to check?

Anyone ever find out why Discovery Admin Workspace shows all of the tabs in lower instances, but Content 360 is the only tab displaying in production?  I am seeing this same behavior.

My production instance has all of the available Discovery Admin Workspace tabs after updating to Xanadu patch 8.  A previous suggestion was to upgrade the Discovery Admin Workspace to the latest version, which I had not yet done in production.

I'm experiencing the same issue and we are on Xanadu Patch 9 and I only see Content 360 tab on Discovery Workspace. I have all the required roles.

Anyone still facing this ?

I managed to fix this issue as I've been experiencing this problem as well, where our sub prod instances has all of those tabs but our production instance only has 'Content 360'. 

 

I've compared the two app ids and it seems like the prod one is: 

 

com.snc.itom.daw

 

Whereas my sub-prod app ids are: 

 

sn_disco_workspace

 

So you need to get sn_disco_workspace from the ServiceNow Store on your production instance!
