How or where can I check if the following plugins have a cost in my production instance?

• Service porfolio management.
• Service Portfolio Management Premium
• Service Portfolio Management Taxonomy Content Pack.
• Service Portfolio Management Foundation.
• Service Portfolio Management SLA Commitments.
• Service Portfolio Management Availability.
• Service Portfolio Management Core.

However, checking the plugins in my production instance, the following are inactive.

• Service Portfolio Management SLA Commitments
  Service Portfolio Management Taxonomy Content Pack

Would this affect costs if any?

You can navigate to plugins module or go to service now store from plugins module.

Over der when u search a specific plugin it will show u whether it's free or paid within its description.
