Getting status as failed in Document task in Document intelligence

I am getting failed status and also Error message as Failed to process this task in document task of Document Intelligence. How can this be resolved.?

@Gaurav - We are now facing this issue, did you manage to resolve this.

It was actually working for us, however after some time, it all of a sudden stopped working and we get 'Failed to process this task' error message
