Congrats on implementing HRSD! I’m also exploring HRSD and ITSM implementations, and it’s always interesting to see how different organizations structure their workflows and processes. While I haven’t built a full implementation myself yet, I’ve been learning from case studies and community examples, and it’s clear that optimizing around automation, user experience, and integration with existing systems makes a big difference.
