How many companies out there have decided to brand their NowMobile app using Mobile Publisher? Pros or cons you have seen from doing so? TIA!

I’ve seen a few companies go the Mobile Publisher route for their NowMobile app, mainly because it offers better control over branding and distribution. The biggest pro is that it gives your app a truly custom look, your own name, logo, and store presence, which helps with internal adoption and user trust.
On the flip side, one con is that maintaining updates and handling store submissions can take more effort compared to the standard NowMobile app. You’ll also need to stay aligned with ServiceNow release cycles to avoid compatibility hiccups.
Overall, if branding and user experience are priorities, it’s worth it, but it does come with a bit of extra management overhead.
