I set up an activity for 《Personal information update 》in the Onboarding Lifecycle Event.
and my producer has also been configured as shown in the figure. The HR service and template seem correct to me as well.
After I personate the new hire process, I can find the task. However, after filling in the information and clicking submit, there is no response. Why ? Which step might be set up incorrectly? I hope to get advice from a professional.

Please check the below points to troubleshoot :
1.An incorrect or missing Lifecycle Event Type configuration in the record producer's script,
2.A missing or incorrect HR Criteria for the activity
3.A missing roles/permissions for the integration user or the user submitting the case
