I would like to know if we have any updates in Washington or Vancouver that address these topics:
- MTTN (Mean Time to Notify)
- MTRS (Mean Time to Restore Service)
- OTRS (Onsite Troubleshooting Response Time)
I looked in documentation and had no success! Do you know if there is something standard on the platform or if customization should be done for the client?
